All deliveries over £60 are eligible for free delivery - these will be offered at our Standard delivery service of 3-5 working days.

Standard delivery service - 3-5 working days - £6.49

Premium delivery service - 1-2 working days - £13.99

 

Orders placed before 11am are processed on the same day.

ELECTRICAL ITEMS

All electrical products come with UK power adaptors only. Local converts will be required and you must check that the voltage will work in your area. We cannot be held responsible for any compatibility issues.

FREE RETURNS

If you would like to return or exchange your order - Please contact our Customer Services Team for your free-post returns label.

When returning your order, please ensure you request a proof of postage. If on the rare occasion your parcel is lost on its way to you, we would need the proof of postage/receipt to investigate further.

If you’ve returned your order, please allow 10 days from the date you returned your order for it to be processed. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to let you know. If 10 days has passed, please contact our Customer Service Team who will be able to help further.
